Announcing The 126th Annual Cooks and Waiters Dinner and Meeting of Marine Union Local No.23!!
Calling all Corinthian men and their adult male guests to join their buddies Saturday, February 4th in this oldest of traditions for a special day and evening of fellowship at the “Good Old Corinthian”!
If you haven’t attended, we’ll just say there will be plenty of laughs and just enough ceremony to bring mist to your eyes! This year’s price is $75 and as always, includes all food, drink, entertainment and activities! Well worth the good time. Chef Carl will be back with our team of celebrity chefs for some outstanding grub! Sorry to report some labor problems with the waiters, not such a dependable lot, but we can sort that out at dinner.
In addition to the main dinner Saturday, there is a spaghetti feed dinner Friday evening for the cooks and waiters and lunch is served on Saturday. There will be entertainment and games Saturday afternoon. You are encouraged to come early and stay late.
Every man works at Cook and Waiters, so if you have a favorite job, stay with it! In this union, seniority counts! If you want something to do, contact Dan Carrico, or mention it when you check-in. Berthing is in high demand for the weekend, as you would expect, so make your inquiries early!
Call the club office or sign-up online now to reserve your place at this most classic of Corinthian tables!
