Pacific Strike Team (PST)

The Pacific Strike Team (PST) is one of 3 special teams that make up the National Strike Force of the United States Coast Guard. It is a unique, highly trained cadre of Coast Guard professionals who rapidly deploy with specialized equipment and incident management skills.
The PST is recognized worldwide as an expert authority in the preparation and response to oil discharges, hazardous substance releases, weapons of mass destruction events, and other emergencies on behalf of the American public. (Adapted from USCG website)
