The HMC respectfully requests that each CYC berth lessee provide a copy of current annual insurance coverage and vessel registration as required per Harbor Rules and Regulations, Section 10 -1 (Documentation) and 10-4 (Insurance), as published on the Harbor section of the club web page. The required minimum liability insurance coverage is $300,000.00 and CYC being a "named insured".
If vessel ownership is a partnership, this documentation must also properly reflect the partnership, per Section 7 (Vessel Forms of Ownership).
