Sunday, September 18
- 1000 Regatta Desk opens for registration
- 1300 Visiting Competitors draw for boats
- 1600 Opening Ceremony and Reception on CYC Deck
Monday, September 19
- 1200 Tune-up race at Knox race area
Tuesday, September 20
- 1200 Races #1 and #2, Olympic Circle race area
Wednesday, September 21
- 1200 Races #3 and #4, Knox
- 1700 Barbeque and live music on CYC deck
Thursday, September 22
- Reserve Day. Make up races if necessary
Friday, September 23
- 1200 Races #5 and #6, City Front
Saturday, September 24
- 1200 Race #7, Olympic Circle
- 1800 No-Host Cocktails at CYC
- 1900 Awards Dinner and Dancing, Ballroom at CYC
